L'agence immobilière Essegi Luxury nait en 1983. D’abord petite agence, elle est devenue avec le temps une structure importante avec un emplacement prestigieux dans lequel s’effectue une activité visant une efficacité maximale, suivie par des professionnels du secteur.
Notre agence offre différents services supplémentaires en plus des services spécifiques de l’Agence Immobilière, car nous nous rendons compte que pour le client étranger qui ne parle pas la langue locale, il peut être difficile d’avoir affaire à la bureaucratie « italienne ».

Je m’appelle Francesca Satti et je suis Partenaire de l’agence Essegi Luxury. Nos deux bureaux se trouvent dans des lieux importants : le premier se trouve dans la rue circulaire principale, en face de la Porte Elisa et le deuxième dans le Centre Historique dans un coin de la Place Napoléon. Notre zone opérationnelle est principalement Lucques et une grande partie de sa province, de la colline à la mer.

Notre équipe multilingue suit les clients à 360 degrés dans chaque phase de l’achat, de la vente et de la location des immeubles, en assurant au client la présence à son coté d’un partenaire extrêmement professionnel et fiable, constamment présent pour toute problématique. I rarely write online reviews, only for extremes of good or bad products or customer service. I am pleased to say that the team at Essegi define what good customer service is. I initially engaged a small number of local estate agents in my search for a Lucca property. It quickly became apparent that the team at Essegi were able understood my requirements, select suitable properties, and provide constructive advice and guidance on the various pro's and cons of the properties viewed. Having selected a property, they worked with my legal team to help ensure the buying process went as smoothly as possible. Not easy given the Covid impact in 2020. On completion of the purchase, they again excelled, helping to organise the various utilities, contract change overs etc etc, and even scheduled the installation of wifi. My Italian language skills are basic at best - however improving quickly :) so having the help, support and guidance from the Essegi team was invaluable.
